KUALA LUMPUR: The Malaysia Property Exposition (Mapex) Selangor Barat 2023, inaugurated today at Central i-City Shah Alam, Selangor, is showcasing advancements in artificial intelligence (AI) and digitalisation in the real estate sector.
Datuk Zaini Yusoff, chairman of the Real Estate and Housing Developers’ Association (Rehda) Selangor, the organiser of the event, said it is imperative that the association continues to keep abreast of the latest updates impacting the industry as it strives to embrace the best practices and trends in the housing industry.
“Rehda Selangor’s Mapex Selangor Barat 2023 promises to showcase property developments while fostering meaningful industry dialogue.
“With a focus on sustainability, affordability, and community well-being, this exposition will shape the future of property development in Selangor,” said Zaini in a statement today.
The event, which is held from Aug 3-6, 2023, features 15 developers, one financial institution and two government agencies.
Properties offered for sale are residential and commercial, located at Bandar Bukit Raja, Bandar Rimbayu, Bangsar South, Batu Arang, Ijok, and City of Elmina, among others. – Bernama
